Step into a centuries-old martial tradition with our beginner Tai Chi classes! Schedule: Chen-Style Tai Chi: Saturdays, 9:00–10:30 a.m. Yang-Style Tai Chi: Sundays, 9:30–11:00 a.m. Tai Chi combines slow, graceful movements with purpose—building strength, balance, coordination, and inner calm. Regular practice supports: ● Improved balance, coordination, and grace ● Leg strength, hip mobility, and joint stability ● Mental focus, relaxation, and mind-body connection ● Structural stability and fall prevention Two Flavors, One Art: Chen Style: Spiraling, dynamic movements to mobilize joints, muscles, and fascia Yang Style: Gentle, flowing movements to cultivate relaxation and awareness Class Features: Drop-in friendly—no registration needed Accessible for all levels Learn not just the movements, but the purpose behind them Cost: $15 per class (cash, Venmo, or PayPal accepted). About the Instructors: Benjamin Wright is a certified instructor under Ryan Craig, 13th generation representative of the Chen family clan and disciple of Nabil Ranné. Benjamin has been studying Chen-Style Taijiquan since 2015, beginning with the Chen Xiaowang lineage under Aretha Knight and David Dixon, until starting in the Chen Zhaokui/Chen Yu lineage in 2020 under Ryan Craig. Daniel McIntyre trained under the mentorship of Dave Briggs, a longtime student of the renowned Master Jou Tsung Hwa. Carrying forward this authentic lineage, Daniel blends traditional principles with a mindful, accessible approach—helping students cultivate balance, inner strength, and harmony through the art of Tai Chi. He has over 20 years of dedicated Tai Chi practice with a focus on the internal arts.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for fees already paid. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled session. Members who reschedule their session before 12 hours of the scheduled time will be able to do so without any penalty. However, members who fail to cancel their reservations in advance will not be able to reschedule their session and will forfeit their reservation.
