Refund/Cancellation Policy

At FitkickMMA.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and cancellations.

For Memberships and Classes:

  • Cancellation of Membership: Memberships can be canceled with 7 days' written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Please email your cancellation request to FitkickMMA@Gmail.com. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the next billing cycle may result in charges for that cycle.

  • Refunds for Pre-paid Memberships/Plans: No refund for pre-paid Memberships/Plans.

  • No Refunds for Attended Classes: No refunds will be issued for classes that have been attended or for no-shows.

For Merchandise (e.g., Apparel, Equipment):

  • Returns: We accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds: No refunds for items purchased.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at FitkickMMA@Gmail.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at FitkickMMA@Gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange for a return and replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.

  • We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 business days after processing.

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at FitkickMMA@Gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us immediately at FitkickMMA@Gmail.com We will assist you with a replacement.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, FitkickMMA.com primarily ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at FitkickMMA@Gmail.com to discuss potential options and associated costs.

In-Store Pickup:

  • We may offer in-store pickup for certain items or services. If available, this option will be presented at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at our physical address.
