Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time by written notice to FITKICK!. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled session. Members who reschedule their session before 12 hours of the scheduled time will be able to do so without any penalty. However, members who fail to cancel their reservations in advance will not be able to reschedule their session and will forfeit their reservation.
