Membership:
Client agrees to become a member of FITKICK!
Pay 1 month membership fee.
The client agrees to pay 1 month membership fee to FITKICK! for access to its facilities and services.
Or
Pay the per session membership fee
The client agrees to pay on a per session basis to FITKICK! for access to its facilities and services.
The membership fees will be charged to the client's designated payment method before client has access to FITKICK! facilities. Client will make membership payments through the WWW.FITKICKMMA.COM membership website or app.
Cancelation:
Clients may cancel their membership at any time by written notice to FITKICK!. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
No refunds will be provided for late cancelations within 12 hours of a scheduled session.
Cancelations before the 12 hours time period will have the ability to reschedule session, No refunds provided. Members must make sure to cancel their reservations in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Agreement:
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject.
The Client agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of FITKICK! as outlined in the membership handbook. The Client understands that any violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of their membership without refund.
1. Membership Rules:
● Members are required to attend sessions by reserving their spot through WWW.FITKICKMMA.COM
● Members are expected to arrive at the session on time and be ready to participate.
● Late cancelations made within 12 hours of a scheduled session will not be refunded.
● Members are expected to follow all rules and regulations of the facility. members are expected to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
● All members are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.
2. Termination of Membership:
● The management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates any of the above-mentioned rules.
● Termination of membership will result in the immediate loss of access to the facility and all associated benefits.
