"Upgrade Yourself"
Striking in Martial Arts is considered the focus of using your body as a weapon to attack and defend yourself against opponents. It encompasses a wide range of techniques, including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Striking can be used for self-defense, competition, or simply as a way to get in shape. In our program Striking classes are centered on Boxing, Muay Thai, or Dutch Kickboxing and each style is taught on specified days of the week.

Grappling in Martial Arts is considered the focus of using your body as a weapon to control and submit opponents. Here, you'll learn to utilize every inch of your body to take down, dominate, and subdue your opponent. Whether you seek self-defense skills, competitive glory, or physical fitness, grappling offers a path to empowerment and self-discovery. In our program Grappling classes are centered on Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and both styles are combined to make a complete grappler.

Our kids Boxing/Kickboxing program is built to develop future leaders and champions. We believe that martial arts can teach kids the skills and character they need to be successful in life. In our fun and challenging environment, kids will learn self-defense techniques, build strong character, and make lifelong friends.
(Age 6-13)
Whether you are looking to improve your fitness or your self-defense skills, I have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals in a more efficient and effective way. I will personalize your Workout or Martial arts training sessions based on your individual needs and experience level, so that you can make the most of your time and effort. We not only provide 1 on 1 training; clients also have the ability to create their own group training sessions with friends/partner.
